Francis Loughran is the founding Director of Future Food and has been involved in the food service industry for 34 years. For 20 years he has worked as a Food Service Consultant specialising in Retail Food and Food Service Management. Francis has been involved in the planning and development of restaurants, cafes, cafe courts, food courts, fresh food markets, mixed use developments and food service solutions for restaurant precincts, waterfront locations, retail precincts, airports and leisure & entertainment venues.
