Projections are developed based upon data as provided by the client and Future Food's comprehensive database. Specific to the project requirements, information may relate to anticipated revenue/sales, required footfall or patron numbers, sales segmentation by day part , operating expenses, pre-opening expenses, working capital requirements and sustainable rental rates.
The aim of this first stage of the master planning process is to conceptualize a positioning statement for the Food and Beverage component. Aligned with the project positioning as a whole, this will provide a clear point of difference within the competitive environment.
